Just an hour north of San Francisco, the Lodge at Marconi sits on 62 acres of rolling hills overlooking Tomales Bay, a place where time seems to slow down and nature hums quietly in the background.
Once a radio receiving station built by Guglielmo Marconi in 1914, the property has long been a place of transmission—of messages, meaning, and connection. Today, it’s been reimagined as a modern sanctuary surrounded by redwoods, coastal trails, and the stillness of the West Marin coastline.
Here, amid open skies and salt air, you’ll find plenty of room to breathe again. We choose it as the place to reconnect to your own rhythm and rediscover what you want the next chapter of your business to feel like.

Because it’s all about the story. What’s the story you’re telling yourself about your business and your life? Is it the right one, the one that feels most like you and helps you meet your goals? The goal of this retreat is to tell a new story and build a community of people to help you tell it.

Our retreat includes all activities, meals, business workshops, and your accommodation. You can buy a retreat ticket without accommodation if you plan to attend for the full session. We do not cover airfare and transportation.

Absolutely! Friends make everything better. In fact, if you travel with a friend, we’ll extend a discount to you both. Simply reach out to us at renee@agoodreputation.online and we’ll honor the discount. Coming solo is great, too. You’ll leave with friends.

No. This event is all about you—not about us. We want to provide you with as much value as possible, so we promise not to sell you on anything.

Cancellations 90 days before the event will be honored in full. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel 60 days before the event. If you decide to cancel less than 60 days before the event, you will not receive a refund but you can transfer your spot to someone else.
